Sophie what sort of time do you think Arctic Monkeys will be on stage? Roughly speaking. Just I'm supposed to be in Stockton tonight at Kirk Revival as well. By the way The Hayze have not split - Romance is an off shoot while one of the band is away at college. That's what they've been saying to TME website and 3 of them were at the awards last week also. | |

Yeah I was at the TME awards, 3 of the Hayze lads played a few acoustic tunes afterwards. I THINK its their bass player that is away at Uni. | |

I think 10.30 was what Gaz said. I saw Matt and co. play on Saturday and thought they were much better than the Hayze. Can't wait for Arctic Monkeys though. | |

is there any live music on next week? never been to arena before believe it or not, because a lot of my mates dont like the music. got a few who do who are gonna go next week though, instead of the cornerhouse. anything special on or just the rooms of music as usually advertised on here? | |

Looking forward to the trip down to Middlesbrough tonight! Not looking forward to getting a taxi back on my own, none of the usual billingham people out, and the cheeky scamps will be charging bank holiday rates after midnight :( Still the 8oclock train beckons. I thought they were good - Mardy Bum was brilliant. I think I preferred the romance though, but maybe that was cos i knew more songs. Was absolutlely packed - really big queues to get in and all the rooms were rammed all night.

Queue outside was a piss take. Brilliant night though. The Arctic Monkeys were spot on. Won't be long before they're signed. Bass player didn't know transmission by Joy Division though when I asked him for it while the lead singer was sorting out his guitar leads. | |

I actually didnt think that the romance were as good as the hayze, I enjoyed the arctic monkeys and agree they will probably be signed v soon. | |

Was so full - unbelievable. Arctic Monkeys were good and impressed by The Romance. I'll best get an ID made out for my next visit to Needle Damage - I'll have to falsify my age somehow. | |
