Hey, I didn't see this! Thanks for that, it's an interesting article for sure, especially the bit about Sunn O))) at the bottom, a slight exaggeration regarding the effects of their 'music' perhaps, as I've never experienced anything like that when it's been oozing out of my iPod... I do think more and more people are beginning to appreciate metal though, and see past the stereotypes that people are so keen to lay down. There are some very beautiful styles of metal that people should explore before turning their noses up at the first sign of a growl or a scream. Some of the best guitarists and singers you'll ever, ever hear are members of metal bands which hardly receive any recognition at all - see Lost Horizon for example.
