I've just read that 'Martha My Dear' is one of your fave Beatles' tracks and I remember you saying that you'd called your daughter Martha - have you heard Tom Waits's 'Martha' or 'Kentucky Bluebird' (by various people, written by Burt Bacharach)? They're both lovely songs. | |

No, I haven't. Hadn't heard Martha my dear until last week!! Will have to check out the tune you mention, I was wondering if there was any way you could track down songs about people's names, as Martha is getting christened next Sunday. Ta, anyway!! | |
