| NTL have done it again | |
I wondered why my phone bill is always so much because I don't use it that much. When I investigated I found that even thogh I pay an ammount off my bill at a paypoint every week they charge me for late payment! Then they have the cheek to make a charge because I don't pay by direct debit! Are they allowed to do this? Surely it's my choice on how I pay them?

why don't u then? they give you a date when it's coming out, all you gotta do is put the money in the bank account the day before the date they give you, instead of paying on a paypoint.

Because I can't afford to pay it all at once of course!
