I noticed there were four penalties in the Mansfield v Lincoln game the other day, it got me thinking, what is the most penalties awarded in one game? (excluding penalty shoot outs, naturally) | |

5 and Martin Palermo missed all 3 for Argentina if i remember correctly. | |

Martín Palermo once missed 3 penalties for Argentina in one game and to my recollection Hamilton Ricard also had a penalty for Columbia in that game...not sure if he missed or scored though !!! | |

The_Nashman you were right 5 pens in that game...parlemo missed 3, Ricard missed his and Cordoba scored the other !!!! Scroll down to Group C and you'll see it for yourself !!! | |

I remember two games where we have had two, QPR, Hignett scored one and Fjortoft missed one, and in the Merson season, I think we beat Port Vale 2-0 with two pens. Correct me if I'm wrong though --- Post edited by Turner_86 on 28/8 13:12 --- | |
