| Chimney Sweeps and Piano Tuners | |
Can anyone recommend either of the above before I go trawling through the Yellow Pages? Any help most appreciated.

two of the most obscure requests I've ever seen on this board. Are you living in victorian days?

| re: Chimney Sweeps and Piano Tuners | |
I know, it's not your usual X Box/iPod/HD request, but it's genuine. I've got a piano which hasn't been tuned for over ten years, and an open fireplace which has never been swept for at least eight.* *And that's NOT some kind of mucky euphemism.

'ices' is the best bit of advice I have ever had on here. Has saved many a few seconds rechecking.

Nope. You've lost me there, blot.

Strangely enough, I've had both of these sevices carried out recently. I'll have a look for their numbers when I get home.

Isn't there a chimney sweep in the High Street, over t'road from the Wheelwrights and two doors down from the Millwright ? Take the omnibus through Trumpton and it's your third stop after Hogwarts.

Thank you all for the suggestions. Now I really must dash, Lupin has come off his penny farthing and the grocer's boy is at the servant's door with my delivery of quails' eggs.
