| Children of Men | |
Went to see this film last Sunday at the cinema and it's easily one of my favourite films even after one viewing. The battle scenes in it make you feel like you're in the middle of them and I love the violent nightmare future scenario in it. Trailer on the link if anyone wants to know what it's about.

Cobain Saw it last night with my missus and 16 year old. We all thought it was a breathtaking story. (Prophecy??) Suspense, humour (even if from a geordie, twists, feral rivalry and a wonderful glimpse that humanity could conquer all. Brilliant!!!!!!

I was expecting it to be good from the trailers I'd seen but the trailer is just the bare bones of the nightmare place the world is in the film, the last 30 minutes was jaw dropping action all the way. --- Post edited by Cobain_94 on 30/9 20:22 ---

I think Boro's woes are more depressing then the breakdown of the fabric of society. Maybe the two are linked?

I don't think it's the best made movie but I thought it was really good, it pushed all my buttons. In a similar vein to 28 Days Later.
