i replied to his haunted highways thread. with another duck, granted. seems people these days don't care about strage goings on in relation to our highways and byways. | |

Hmmmm. Apart from the deliberately Littlejohnesque headline, it would be a fairly large loophole if it turned out that, in general, foreigners were exempt from some laws. Having said that, one does run the risk of bandy having one of his less lucid moments. | |
