I've never been out before on new years, well apart from to arranged party with family. This is my first one going out with my friends so I dont know what to expect, but I am looking forward to it! | |

Cobain! Do what the majority do now! Either set up camp at a local and stay there all night, book somewhere well in advance (Tip for next year!) or stop in with friends which is what we are doing! Beats all the dickkheads who occupy the town and the £30 quid taxi fare to get to Billingham from Boro! | |

It's always a bit of a problem what with expensive taxis if you can get one and some people just staying local. The bad weather tonight won't help either. I remember when I went out that New Year's Eve when a blizzard came from nowhere and I had great difficulty getting home. | |

I hate it because half of Wolvo Court turn up in the Wynyard for the first time in the year and start moaning that there are no seats or that it takes too long to get served. If they used the pub more often and help make it profitable i'm sure they would create more seating room. I'm staying in with my good lady and the bairn. I hate new year and will have a proper drink tomorrow in town before the game. | |
