| Some women! Thick or what? | |
One of the women at work was given some work to type. It included a series of dates. She pointed out that the 29th, 30th and 31st of February were missing!!! How do these people actually get by in life?

She has a point. Where were they then? I think you haven't been doing your job properly if you are missing off dates.

They're missing from my calendar too, heads must roll for this. I paid full price for this calendar.

I've got myself a date with this stunner on the 31st February, so I hope she's got a diary with the dates in otherwise she may forget.

Boro won the Carling Cup on the 29th Feb. Does that mean we can't celebrate the anniversary now? --- Post edited by littlejimmy on 24/1 10:31 ---

My good lady works with a lass in her mid 20's who is a floor manager in a large store in town. Last week the position of store manager was made available in Glasgow. "Oh no," say's the lass, "I couldn't work up there, I don't like them Geordies" !!!

DrBuck - where do you work? It transpires that there must be a place that would employ any auld fe*ker.

She got even more confused when it was explained that there are only 28 days in February, however some years there are 29!

It is you who are stupid. Did you miss the outrage when the evil witch Thatcher and her cronies privatised those three days, denying thw workers three days wages and opening them up to the market. Now only the rich city shareholders can enjoy what were once the people's days, along with the 12th of Never and a whole month of Sundays.
