How many tickets have we sold for tomorrow??

Just thought i`d kick off the traditional pre cup game thread.

So, how many have we sold then?

Can't be many, or the club would be banging on about it. I don't expect much more than 15k given that it's on TV.

given the Prisoners consistent 'glass 99% empty' take on life: I'm taking his guess of 15,000, adding a median value of 7,500 as a counterbalancing measure, arrriving at my estimate of 22,500.

I'd tend to agree with 15k max

The guess-timate I got at the end of the last week was the crowd would be 20 000. Not too bad considering live on SKY and Bristol City not surprisingly selling less than 700 rather than 5000.

In saying that this estimate was before Friday and the ticket window at the MFC Retail shop was extremely busy all day Friday.

Oh I do believe they passed the 15 000 mark last week.

Given that we'd sold 15k up to Saturday, I would think there would be a few more than that.

I was looking online on the Boro site and i failed to find 2 tickets together anywhere in the north upper so am guessing that'll be quite full.

Hopefully we'll have a decent turnout, £10 a ticket is a bargain.

One of the lads went for our tickets last week and there were no seats together in the North.

Only singles.

My original guess was 25-26k, but was based on 4900 Bristol. Obviously I would only 21-22k now. As the days have gone by I think the FAC has become more important to us for progression and money.

I am shocked they are only bringing 800, they were boasting that they had taken 9000 to Sheffeld Wednesday in the past and that their fans come out for big games. The South Stand is going to look empty. Are Bristol going to pay for all 4900 tickets? as they asked for that many.

I imagine they will draw a line and send a load back today. I suppose taking 2 days off midweek in winter when the game is on SKY and they are playing Bristol Rovers in another semi next week is some excuse. I know that is only the Johnstone Paints but on the other hand they might actually win that and the last time they got to the final they took about 40 000 fans.

I think there will be a bigger crowd tomorrow than there will be for the West Brom game if we win, well unless the West Brom tickets are £10 and £5 which I doubt they will be.
