Our monthly 20th century tunefest returns to Basement this Monday 12th March. We delve into the boxes and play all the good stuff from 59-99. Its our 5th monthly party and you can expect a great crowd who all turn up simply for the music. aye, just finishing this flyer now and i'm out lad. Looks warm, but I bet it isn't. Plus i've got major pink-eye from only a few hours kip. Pub tea with Joel and young Burns, then off to the Cribs - which is where I guess you're going? Will be the last time I see you before this amsterdam lark, you should come over. 60 quid return and you can stay in our 'log cabin' and smoke yourself daft. Glad you like the last DD, there wasn't enough Joy Division for your liking I know - will sort that out. | |

We're just going over for the summer, staying in this camp village thing with a wooden hut, fishing rod and a barbeque. Do a little work and fly home once a month to do Sumo, Diamond Dogs etc. We're going over next week for a few days to confirm the venue to do the night weekly in the city. Its got disaster written all over it, but if we don't die we'll have a right laugh. Anyway, back on topic... THIS MONDAY FOLKS! | |

Might probably be a mix of old and new over there, the reason being we're doing it here as its unique for the town... everywhere else you get at least 90% new stuff. I'm told there's a LOT of people into their british stuff over there, but nowhere plays it! Staying up to date by dj'ing Sumo once a month here and having my uk promo's ripped and emailed while i'm over there should mean we're the first to play all the big tunes also. We'll see, i'll probably just get stoned and do fcukall for the summer. See you tonight fella, should be a good one! | |

I wasn't mate, I had no sleep the night before so after 5 pints in the Linny at tea time and a smoke it was game over. Was gonna give you a text as there was a couple of guestlist places you could have used. Definately give us a shout in May, we'll be thinking we're international pimps by then i'd imagine. Or rent boys. Phil - would be good if you and the boy chorus could come down tonight, have a warm down to some Peace Frog. We're flying next Wednesday, trying to confirm the venue before London Calling - as thats obviously prime promo opportunity. Probably start 2nd week in April... you'll have to be forced into another trip, nightmare! | |
