How would it be impossible to manage? You pay and send in the photo, you get your tickets posted. | |

Because not all of the tickets are distributed like that. A lot of tickets go to corporate sponsors, the clubs and local associations. They aren't sold specifically to a person. | |

After replying I thought of the sponsor issue etc. I guess if it were introduced it'd mean all the comp ticket prices would go through the roof on eBay. | |

And its those tickets - corporate sponsors, the clubs and local associations - that are the ones that appear on the black market at inflated prices. | |
