Bacon Sarnies.....

Red sauce or brown ? I am of the considered opinion that if its bacon by itself then brown is the way to go but if you add an egg (mmmm) then red's yer answer.Whatcher think?

if its grilled then ketchup is king. or occasionally brown. if its fried then no sauce at all is the order of the day, so long as the bread is nice and fresh. nice bit of bacon fat on yer bread is good too. if a little on the lardy side. if theres an egg in it you can't put sauce on it! you ruin the delicate flavour of the sauce already on it- the yolk....
