I'm sick of us going away to places like Man Utd and Liverpool etc and putting in great performances full of fight and passion and ot lacking in quality then coming up against sides that you would think are more beatable and producing passionless, listless displays like yesterday. Yes Spurs are a good team and play football but if you stand off them and let them pass it around you like we did yesterday then they will look like world beaters. We showed what we are capable of for 15-20 minutes yesterday, why don't we produce that kind of form more often against the likes of Man City, Villa, Watford etc etc. It's not lack of ability, it's lack of character and attitude. We need leaders in this team and we need them badly. | |

This has been the case with Middlesbrough for many, many years. Play good against the good teams, shyte against the shyte. My grandad told me this when I was little and he's been dead 30 years now. | |
