if its true what the papers are saying at the minute, then it looks like he could be off, which will be a shame as ive seen him play a few times and he is going to have the lot, if he does leave and go to one of the big 4 then his talent could be wasted as he probably wont develop as he wont get a game there | |

Southgate said recently that all the rumours were rubbish he was already signed up for us. I've only seen him a couple of times this season and he didn't really show at all. | |

Everytime he gets brought up I mention that I recall the club saying that he agreed a pro contract last summer which starts this summer. i hope ha has cos im telling you that the lad will be the mutts nutts as long as it doesnt go to his head, very direct, lots of tricks and skill, very confident and pacey, its a shame hes not right footed really although i believe he can play on the right | |

He definitely hasnt signed a professional contract with us He signed an initial 2 year academy deal with the option of a further year as is the case with all the academy lads. You are not allowed to sign pro forms till you turn 17, and in Boros case they always wait till the end of the 1st year, as they did with Cattermole, Hines, Walker etc. Nathan Porritt is coming up to the end of his 1st year in the academy along with the likes of fellow England Youth teammates Jon Franks and Jason Steele. This summer would be the time you would think hell be offered a pro contract. I know what was said in the press last summer but this is the scenario with him Only time will tell if he stays or not | |
