Now we know...it's some kind of satire thing to be taken or left but never explained. I left it yesterday but today I might take a bit. Nothing ventured and all that so, I simply cannot believe the Post Office are seriously considering putting Donald Neilson (born Donald Nappey,) aka The Black Panther on a range of first and second class stamps.
