What was last season's sales? I found out how many we've sold the other day. Hopefully we can play entertaining football to get the floating fans back. | |

According to Sky we had 21,000 last season. The club are saying they expect it to be slightly down on that this season. | |

total guesstimate (unless cobain does know how many officially ands isnt on a wind up). based on the online sales for alkmaar. On the site a total of 30 blocks have 'limited available' which i would assume are the season ticket seats. 88 blocks in the stadium gives an average of about 400 a block. Say 95% of the limited seats are actual ST seats this would give 11,400 just in the west stand and north stand. a pessimistic guess of 20% of all other blocks in east stand and south stand being ST this would give a total of about 18000. Given the prevailing conditions I think 18,000 is good. It coudl easily have been far worse. | |

the stupid thing is if we re-signed juninho then season ticket sales would rise by a couple to a few thousand...even if he had NO CHANCE of playing. (No offence to TLF) Theres alot of fickle boro fans around but i wouldnt say any more than other clubs but with us having a small amount of fans then it shows more on attendance. theres also alot of people that would rather sit in a pub than at the game ! which i dont for the life of me understand why any football fan would do it.
