England have gone backwards as predicted

No coherency - (remind you of anything?)
No plan b when plan a was cack (remind you of anything?)
Beckham back in control (remind you of anything?)
Carraghar clearly wise enough to suss out the current set up is flawed (remind you of anything?)
Long ball specialists - hoof it to the big lanky fella, is this what prozone is all about?

What a joke!

Don't remember England being good enough to go backwards in the first place. We've been crap for a good long while.

I think the problem with the National side is we try to play the continental style of football, passing it from the back, from side to side bollcoxs. We need to play what we know, get the ball down, quick, up and at em style, 100% like we play in the Premiership. Think back to Liverpool vs Milan, they couldnt cope with the pace second half

re: England have gone backwards as predicted

It made me laugh when BBC had a go at England for going long ball more in the last twenty minutes. Maybe that had something to do with Crouch being on! The team often lacks passion (like the fans, the majority of us would rather boro won than england) and I wonder if some of the players can play together i.e. Gerrard and Lampard who often seem miles better for club than country
