Break the Bank and go for Jose!

This could well be the chance for Steve Gibson to take a big gamble and guarantee a return of the crowds.

Lets get Jose in and have another Riverside Revolution!

I'm happy with the manager we've got.

If getting Jose in will fix the crowd issues I despair for our fanbase. We don't want to turn Boro all Hollywood.

Even though Martin Jol has achieved a lot at Spurs-look at their league placings over the last two years compared to 10 years previously- the board seem keen to get him out.

It would certainly liven up football in London, if not the whole country, if the Spuds went for him.

Timboi- you're right we don't need him, or the pantomime he would bring, at Boro.

I thought people hated Steve Mac for his boring football despite success. Mourinho's teams make Steve Mac's look like Brazil.

And we would be at the end of a very long queue for Jose's services.

He'll end up in Italy. Suits him perfectly.

And I thought that it was the Geordies that were deluded. Jose wouldn't come to Boro!

Anyway, Southgate deserves his chance.

He'd be hounded out by the 442ers when he played 1 up front anyway.

They'd probably like it when he told them that they need to be educated.

I'd go for Mourinho.

Maybe he would be able to help Tuncay settle - anyway, do Boro even employ an interpreter?

The vacancy may already be free.

(I think he might end up at Old Trafford...)
