| Boro fan killed in car smash | |
Few of you might have seen the story on the frontpage on the Gazette today about the young lad killed in a car crash up Sedgefield way. His name hasn't been released yet so i won't mention names but the lad was good mate of mine from when we were kids and was a HUGE Boro fan. RIP mate you will be missed. | |

I work with his mum and 'devestated' doesnt begin to describe how she is. Its horrible news and all my thoughts are now with the family. | |

very sad news and condolences to all family and friends, thats two young lives lost in a week with a young lady from eaglescliffe only 19 killed last week as well. RIP | |

Tunney he grew up in Fairfield and went to Grangefield. We left there in 1998. | |

I passed all that this morning and saw people getting frustrated at the 4 mile of traffic on the a689, puts it into perspective. Waste of a young life. R.I.P | |

He was a good mate of mine when we were younger. Lost touch for a few years but ended up playing footy against him a few months back on Sunday morning. Sad loss, R.I.P Mike. | |

Another sad loss of a young life. I knew of the girl who was killed on Durham Lane last week, but apparently the lad driving was playing 'billy big bollox'. He escaped with a bump on the head, but lives with the guilt of her life laying heavily on his shoulders. R.I.P | |

Thankfully I haven't driven over that road many times, but a couple of times that I have in the dark there's been an a***hole copper who likes to sit at the side of the road with his blue lights flashing and headlights on main beam for no good reason, blinding anyone thats driving towards him. I wouldn't be surprised if he's caused a few accidents down that road. RIP the guy who died. | |

Horrible, Horrible thing to happen, he lived down my road, hadn't seen him since school but its awful to have this happening to someone you grew up with . My mum works with his mum and she only found out around dinner time apparently, which was after the gazette had printed a picture of his smashed up car, which I find absolutely disgusting. His mum didnt even know he had died and the friggin gazette puts awful pictures like those on its front page. FFS, the vvankers. RIP Mike and thoughts go out to his family. | |
