| Town Hall Evacuated AGAIN last night | |
Following on from what i read about the Ian Brown debacle. I was at the Starsailor gig last night. Shortly after the support band finished the fire alarms went off again and the whole place was evacuated. The security were doyles. Wouldn`t let you take you drinks outside with you, so everyone was trying to neck them as they went up the stairs to get out of the crypt (Who would leave drinks lying around at those prices?). Fortunately we were allowed back in after 10 mins and there were no further disruptions, but even so it had the air of farce about it. The security there is a lot heavier than before. All the woman have their bags searched on the way in now, and you are no longer allowed to drink whilst watching the bands - you can`t take your drinks out of the crypt bar now. Goog gig by Starsailor though - a lot better than i was expecting. | |
