Everyone singing 'There's only one job on Teesside' to some random black Austrian bloke in Zurich. Singing with loads of Boro fans in some karaoke bar in Bucharest the night after the semi final first leg. The train journey to Ostrava from Prague and outside the pubs in Ostrava before the match. | |

On the pitch in ostrava the day before the game trying to buy gibbos rolex for 3 euros in a drunken state getting a pint of hendrie jimmy's goal in rome day after celebrations in rome in pouring rain rossio square lisbon before the game, booting a football about in the square eindhoven - again more drinking in the sun and watching the boro walk out in the UEFA Cup final. YES it did happen. | |

Lizards. Here's a check list: make sure your mam packs you some bacon in a small cool box travellers cheques some packs of digestives and a few tins of beans. a small hand held fan insect repellent plug for the room a handful of useless euro coins | |
