Spurs have a board who won`t tolerate failure. Underachieve and you`re out. We have Gibbo who will not remove the manager even if we go down, but will instead talk of "Continuity" and "Keeping Faith". | |

One is also a PLC one is not ,one is in London one is not ... this could go on for ages We are Boro nobody else if the man at the top has faith in the people he directly employs then so should we . Instead of screaming for peoples heads lets do something different like erm support the FULL team for fooks sake | |

Spurs are the biggest club in London, on fan base. They are the most underachieving established Premier League club and have spent bucket loads on players, a lot more than most, yet still make a profit. Even though they have the most expensive tickets in the country, they sell out nearly every game. We are a small town in europe. | |

One has lots of shops selling knock off dvds and phone cards outside the ground, while we're yet to develop the surroundings to our ground in the same way. | |

If they applied the same standards to themselves then they would have to also go as this policy is also under achieving. They keep on employing managers who also don't win anything. So basically what you are saying is Gibson should adopt a policy that we can see by your example clearly doesn't work. Haven't really thought this one through have you Arch. | |
