So where did the 11.25 million go?

re: keith lamb will be

I maybe wrong but did Gibson recently say "there are very few players available for free transfer in January therefore boro will find it difficult to get new blood in"? Worrying, even more so when I hear from a sorce that we are in serious financial trouble

If that's really the case then it's time for Gibbo to start attracting investors. Otherwise we're on a slippery slope to nowhere.

I hope that's not the case NSB as Gibson has said he will never sell out to a foreign investor and nobody in the UK is going to put any money in.

Maybe Gibson is planning to destroy the beast he created ?

re: keith lamb will be

the only interview gibson has done recently is the 5 live one last week and he never said anything about boro's transfer kitty.

You've just made that up.

Yep.

Funny how Gibson never has money and we keep going out and spending all this cash.

Wasn't it our largest Summer for buying players before we'd even got O'Neill in this Summer? (Because we'd spent more than ever before the Yakubu money came in, before someone mentions that).

I don't think we've ever not had enough for a transfer have we? We just don't seem to want to risk as much as others do.

Gibson always says that if the right player becomes available at the right price then we'll try and sign them.
