Acupuncture

Quack faux medical practice followed by gullible fools with a penchant for sausage rolls and crap music.

That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

Might be crap but it stopped me smoking after 16 years and cured my long-term back pain

To be honest I have no real thoughts about it, I just noticed on Facebook that a board member had been for a session and so I expected him to bite.

re: Acupuncture

Acupuncture worked wonders for me for nearly three years, reduced my back pain a hell of a lot.

Also had acupuncture to help with my fear of flying, that one didn't work.

Chuffing expensive though

re: Acupuncture

I take it you have never tried it Bandy?

I was paying £22 a session about 4 years ago privatly, was worth every penny for the pain releif it caused.

It's free if you get referred through your GP.

Yoga's definately good for you...anything that hard has to be good for you. I couldnt take more than three weeks of it when I tried it about 10 years ago. I'll return to it when i'm 50 and need to stretch my bones back into shape. The pain will be worth it then.
