Arsenal could do the North East a big favour

over the next 7 days.
If they beat the Jawdees on Wednesday word has it that Fat Sam will be picking up his P45.
What are the chances of the same happening to GS after next Sunday's game?
I reckon FS will go if they get beat but GS will hang on, atleast until after the Derby game, more's the pity. Every game that goes by with the current management team in place puts us a step closer to the fizzy pop league.

Much as I'm getting to the stage where I don't think Southgate will keep us up I would hardly think Arsenal beating us would be doing us a favour

TC - possibly an inappropriate turn of phrase but, given we don't have a realistic chance of getting anything out of next weeks game, it may serve some purpose in forcing change.

There would be job changes every week if teams sacked managers after being beat by Arsenal.

If Newcastle get rid of BFS after 13/14 games then they are dafter than I ever believed. It's funny to watch because they continually think they should be up there with "the big 4" but they won't actually give any manager time to even try and get them up there.

It would be typical Boro to hand them their first league defeat of the season.
