Longridge was designated for housing at the same time as the other areas of Coulby/Marton and before the saplings were planted. Some areas had to be built first and some areas last. Its a bit rich for those who live in the houses which were built first to then say they dont want the rest of the development to be finished. Middlesbrough desparately needs more good housing so that as people start to do well they want to stay here rather than moving away to get a better house. | |
