It would be a waste taking Wiltshire to the world cup, just like it was a waste taking Walcott to the last World cup.
He's got a lot of potential, but he's nowhere near ready. On the other hand I reckon Walcott could be very valuable at this world cup used as a super sub for the last 10 mins or so.

"Walcott could be very valuable at this world cup used as a super sub for the last 10 mins or so"

in what way? (other than to run very fast then XXXXXX up the cross or shot).

Over rated is an understatement

With Walcott in the side England have genuine pace.

Also, he'll ensure the left full back doesn't venture forward too much, as he'll be worried about getting done for pace.

A Rooney Walcott combination could work very well. Like it did against Croatia away in the qualifiers. The one concern is Walcott's obvious lack of consistency. He's worth the risk though.

No and no.

Milner, Johnson, SWP and Lennon are ahead of Walcott right now.

Walcott definately, to be honest, i dont think Wilshere is any worse than some players are definates to go.

Outside of Lampard & Gerrard all the options are pretty average.
