I don't understand. I've paid the equivalent of 16 a game.

MightyDuck Posted on 22/07/2009 09:12
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Not really, if you were a memeber of 'Boro Pride' and went to every game and sat in the North Stand, it would cost 483. My season ticket was 370

Its seems to me the club are offering good deals to ex season holders also, which is a good thing surely.

You get 5 free games compared to a match by match deal, dbzzz. Sounds alright to me.

Wait for what? I don't understand what you're getting at here. I've paid 16 a game for the upcoming season. Why have I been 'kicked in the nuts'?

and I'm not sure I remember the last time I was alegedly kicked in the nuts either...

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 09:26
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I have paid just over 17 due to the direct debit charge.

Next season I am debating about getting a boro pride card as it would work out cheaper for me. Its just sheer pride and lost faith that had made me get a season ticket this year.

I miss at least 2/3 games a season anyway so on a match by match basis my ticket is probably more than a boro pride members.

emerson Posted on 22/07/2009 09:57
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

PRIDE MEMBERS DONT PAY AN ADMIN FEE WHEN ORDERING TICKETS ON THE PHONE.SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ORDERING AWAY GAME TICKETS WILL BE
CHARGED AN ADMIN FEE SO I UNDERSTAND.HOW THAT FAIR.SEASON TICKET PRICES WERE NOT REDUCED BUT MATCH BY MATCH TICKETS HAVE NO
LOGIC.A SEASON TICKET HOLDER ONLY NEEDS TO MISS 2 GAMES AND ANY PRICE ADVANTAGE IS LOST.

As I posted the other day, the top whack season ticket is 22.82 per game. According to that article the cheapest matchday price is 23.00 per game.

No nut-kicking here I don't think.

Yes they were. Mine was 4.55% cheaper despite there being 21.05% more matches.

the actual value of the saving made by buying a season card early, has been eroded by 42 with this Boro pride stunt has it not.

No it hasnt as you werent told what matchday prices would be.

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 11:13
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

But what about when the club allows season card holders to buy cheap tickets for their family and friends? I dont hear you complaining then.

paulwilko10 Posted on 22/07/2009 11:23
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I gave up my season ticket this year after a 13 year stint.
If i had taken up the ST again, i would be pee'd off aswell.

You are told that you will save ex amount of money compared to everyday ticket prices but now the club have done this, that deal is not as good as advertised at the time !!

That surely is not right.

As an ex ST holder, i am getting a couple of benefits i did not expect which is nice, but people that have stumped up the money already, should also get something they did not expect !!!!
Mayeb a small refund, maybe a shirt, who knows but the fact is, the club have done something for people that arn't prepaired to pay up front and shaft the ones that have !!

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 11:24
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

So how much money were you told you'd save if you'd renewed and how much is it now??

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 11:33
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I am complaining about missing those games? I just said it as a point. Every season for some reason or another I end up missing around 2/3 games that I cannot forsee. At this point in time I can see myself missing no games but if I have to work late on night i might end up missing a Tuesday night game and if I go on holiday I might miss a weekend game. Not complaining just stating it as a fact.

As for the benefits of having a season ticket. Apart from the cost saving what are they?

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 11:37
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

That would be priority for away games and cup finals, not having to book your seat 23 times a season, free admission to reserve games, priority for buying the new shirt, discounts for sunday lunch. Thats just off the top of my head.

No doubt some of you will respond by saying they are nothing, but judging by the response to Pride people avoiding a booking fee I'm sure that you would play hell if you didnt get the additional benefits or if they were extended to non season card holders.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 11:41
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Totally agree with the post before mine.

When will the club actually thanks the fans that have stood by them through thick and thin and stumped up money time and time again. I'm not asking for a medal or even cheaper prices but a something like free tickets to all cup games or a voucher for a ticket to an away game of my choice or a discount card for the club shop or a free sunday lunch. Anything that tells me the club have actually sat down and though hmmmmmm lets give something back to season ticket holders after a toss year. Instread of sitting down with a calculator seeing what price they can charge.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 11:44
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

There's no point.

Half of our idiot fans can't even count.

Something extra that they'd have to try and factor in the worth of would make their heads explode.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 11:44
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

To be fair they are nothing.

The priority for cup finals lost all its value with the uefa cup final fiasco when non season ticket holders got tickets ahead of season ticket holders. For the big games everybody knows that its who you know that counts. For that reason a lot of people will not bother with a season ticket as they know they can get any ticket for any match they want. The other things you mentioned are just run of the mill empty perks that do not mean anything to anybody.

Buying a shirt 1 day before your friend it not a benefit.
Entry into a game that costs a 1 to everybody else is not a benefit.

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 11:45
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Isnt 5 free games, all the benefits above plus the chance a couple of times a season to buy cheap tickets for your family and friends enough?

If the club give you too much then we slip further behind. If the diffence between season cards and match by match is too wide then we only get season card holders attending.

I think the balance is about right.

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 11:47
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I bet you would moan like foook though if any of those benefits were extended to, say, Pride Card holders.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 11:51
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Again though how is buying cheap tickets for a friend a benefit for me?

That is just another reason for somebody not to buy a season ticket as they know that throughout the season the club will throw in a 2 of 1 deal then offer cheap tickets if you know a season ticket holder.

How about a free scarf at the start of the season. A birthday card on that special day. A christmas present at xmas. Stupid things but at least it shows the club care.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 11:53
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

So, if they gave you a free scarf at the start of the season, you'd have renewed??

Big_Shot Posted on 22/07/2009 11:53
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Its just a ticket for the match. Incentives, bonuses, when did that become important. I've got a ticket for every home league this season and its cost me 16 for each game. There's no way I could attend every home game for cheaper than that. So I'm happy.

But all I'm interested in is the game of football between 3 and 5 on a Saturday afternoon. So don't want anything else from the club.

Dribble Posted on 22/07/2009 11:54
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

why would I need to buy tickets for family and freinds when they are ST card holders already,so what benefit do i get .My five so called free games, have now been whittled away to 3 games ,as boro pride holders are now saving 42 with the price reduction which equates to 2 games.

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 11:55
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Would a scarf show they care though? I get a birthday card from Barnacles every year and to be honest it doesnt really do it for me. Even the pound voucher they enclose doesnt really make me think they love me.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 11:56
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

How the hell do you get a birthday card from Barnacles??

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 11:58
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Dribble. If you renewed at the first deadline you still have 5 free games over Boro Pride holders. If you buy a season card today it is only 3 games advantage, but 5 games over people without a pride card, more if you consider booking fees.

MightyDuck Posted on 22/07/2009 11:59
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

why are you so concerned about the clubs politics. if you hate it so much, why bother going? some think that having a season ticket makes you better than other people, it doesnt. having an S or T book just means your older than other people, not more commited.

You get a season ticket and make a commitment to do something you enjoy doing. if you're going to miss 2/3 of the games, either dont get one or make the effort to go. i bet you didnt have to miss ManU or Newcastle at home.

As for the offers the club give out, so what.

Big_Shot Posted on 22/07/2009 11:59
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Aye, I'm actually cringing at the thought that a football fan wants a scarf or a birthday card.

zoec Posted on 22/07/2009 11:59
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I think the club are missing a trick here. They could arrange to send round a Gareth Southgate Clap-o-gram to your house when it's your birthday, or to the pub if you're out celebrating.

I think it'd work.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 12:00
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Good to know how big a fan Dribble is.

All of his family and every single person he is friends with is a Boro season ticket holder.

I should probably be more discriminatory myself.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 12:01
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Captain5.

I have renewed. I also paid an extra 40 on top of what the club advertised as I took out the direct debit option.

I think the free Boro pride cards are an exellent idea.

However I belive a reason that season ticket holder numbers have dropped is because no real benefit exists for buying a season ticket.

If the club made it more attractive to buy a season ticket then I belive more people would buy them. Pretty simple really.

hewielewie Posted on 22/07/2009 12:01
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Why all the fuss about add ons to season tickets? When I had a season ticket in the 80s and early 90s all I got was a plastic red book with tickets in it. That was all I wanted and all I needed.

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 12:01

Its not actually addressed to me Capt, but the previous occupant of my house. So I wasnt being entirely truthful as I receive it on her birthday rather than mine. I suspect she would probably be over a hundred if she is still alive.

Out of guilt I usually give the voucher to my parents.

"However I belive a reason that season ticket holder numbers have dropped is because no real benefit exists for buying a season ticket."

A reason, but not the main reason. We all buy tickets for one reason: the product on the pitch. If that is good, fans will flock back.I renewed but I couldn't care less about any little freebee sweeteners.
The Season card is still easily the cheapest way for mw to watch all games.

I also think the Boro pride initiative is good for the club and for the Pride members. Where is the loser? Would SC holders have been any better off if we scrapped the Pride scheme today? No; people are just too keen to be pi$$ed off by the club these days.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 12:06
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Sitheman, would you rather have money off the ticket price or an extra like a scarf??

Big_Shot Posted on 22/07/2009 12:07
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I always thought that the point of buying a ST is that thats all your tickets for the season bought up front for the same seat. And you save a few quid by doing it that way. Thats it isn't it? Those are the benefits?

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 12:08
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Missed the Newcastle game the season before last as I was in London and also missed the Arsenal and Man U wins in the Uefa cup final season.

Im not saying it is something I myself would want but it is something other clubs/businesses seem to do with ease and something Middlesbrough would not even know where to start.

"As for the benefits of having a season ticket. Apart from the cost saving what are they?"

[:D][:D]

Apart from her good looks and wealth, what does Angelina Jolie have going for her?

I'm genuinely embarrassed to share the stadium with some of you lot. Ohhhh they haven't sent me a scarf, I'm not renewing, Ohhhhh they won't personally send me a message to renew, I'm not renewing.

The ultimate fact is, no matter how you dress it up, getting a season card is the cheapest way to see the club, whether you have a pride card, pay no booking fees or not you still get THE BEST DEAL by getting a season card.

If you miss a few games a season then is that the clubs fault? If you think you'll miss 4 games a season then don't get one, Gibson and Lamb don't have you at gunpoint. Don't come moaning in a few months times though when you can't get through to the ticket office or get to the stadium during the week when you need to book your tickets though.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 12:17
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Money of ticket without doubt.

Lots of things go into giving fans the best benefit though. Myself I dont have a problem with cheaper tickets for match by match fans however some season ticket holders hate it when they see themselves loosing out. And lets be honest for every deal that the club give match by match fans it dilutes the value of the season ticket a little bit.

My point is that if the club wont reduce the season ticket then the club have to come up with a way of making a season ticket a lot more attaractive than match by match tickets. Loads of ways exist to do this.

It seems some knuckle draggers on here cannot see basic business mistakes.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 12:21
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

They're only mistakes in your eyes and some others who seemingly can't handle basic mathematics (not you btw the second part).

The club did reduce season ticket pricesand have also reduced tickets on a match by match basis, to the level where the people I mention above for some reason think it's now cheaper than a season ticket.

Oh and for the record I don't have a season ticket of my own. I share one with my mate's brother. I gave up my own ticket towards the end of Robson's time as I thought the football was rubbish.

Some very short signted people on this board.

Step one - realise you are hiding behind a computor screen.
Step two - respond to every post with an insult.
Step three - take the colletive responses to a post and mould it into a poor argument.

For example when in this whole thread have I mentioned that I have not renewed as I did not get a free scarf.

You should have mentioned that before Captain. That explains your argument. It all makes sense now. The reason you have such a hatred for season ticket holders is that you are jealous of all us season ticket holders as we are better supporters than you and love the club more.

Not really, sitheman. I've probably been to more games since I gave up my season ticket than when I had it (I lived away then) and I wouldn't be able to sit with my mate like I do now if I got a season ticket.

Dribble Posted on 22/07/2009 12:43

so captain after all the bile you spout to people you don`t have a season card of your own.oh my what a disappointment you turned out to be.so you and your mate can`t move seats so you could sit together or is the stadium full.
I don`t recall anyonesaying that the ST card is dearer than match to match tickets,if they did then ,yes they need a calculator but any potential savings havestill been eroded for St card holders have they not.

captain5 Posted on 22/07/2009 12:49
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

What you mean is reduced from last season's prices.

If they'd announced ST prices and matchday prices at the same time then it'd be what potential savings??

Anyone whinging about how much more someone pays is just small minded.

As for me, it suits my personal circumstances and no, my mate and his family don't want to move after having their seats there since 1995, especially as they all travel from out of the area (Lincoln, Newcastle, London and Manchester in case you were wondering) and it's one of the times they see each other.

It also works for me as I can fit it around when I go as a carer in the disabled supporters part of the ground.

zoec Posted on 22/07/2009 12:51
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

I can't see if anyone's mentioned it, but the admin fee is only waived for home games if you have a Boro Pride ticket. Holders aren't getting the admin fee waived for away games, whilst season ticket holders have to pay.

Dribble Posted on 22/07/2009 12:54
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Mighty Duck ,for your information I missed Man Utd and Arsenal plus 6 other games because of work and holidays, this I accept having a ST card will happen when you work shifts.I thought the idea of buying St cards was to aid the club in planning for the season, knowing what tickets had been sold and what revenue these had made. Now match by match fans leave the club dangling, not knowing if johnny come lately will show up for Newcastle but not for Doncaster and hence the club can not rely on these fans for a steady income.Am I right or wrong .

Muttley Posted on 22/07/2009 12:55

Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

You are wrong Dribble. Remember when Keith Lamb was saying how much better off the club is when people pay on a match by match basis?

I'm sure the club are very capable of producing a revenue forecast for matchday sales and the extra money raisedwill come in very handy to fund all your perks.

Dont kid yourself that you are putting your money up front to help the club, you do it because you get a discount.

A product goes on sale at a certain price - it sells so many units, then sales begin to struggle, so the price is lowered, then it sells some more, then the price is lowered.

Getting upset with the club for trying to sell tickets won't get you anywhere, you decided that the cost was acceptable when you paid it.

The club have a requirement to fill as many seats in the ground as possible.

Muttley i have at no point disputed that you get in cheaper with an ST card.I don`y think you`ll find many people more chilled than myself, hence no name calling or abuse toward anybody. As for the club my dealings with them have thankfully been few and credit were it`s due Lamb resolved my problem with the club and took time to call me but the club still shoots itself in the foot time and time again but alas some fail to acknowledge any wrong doings on behalf of the club, these are probably the same people who refused to relegation as a possiblity

Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

some people will never be happy no matter what the club do.... as the saying goes you can't please all of the people all of the time.

my son buys his ticket because he loves the boro and wants to support his team, not because he wants birthday cards or any other crap and doesn't get a stress on over the fact that someone might be paying more than him for going on a match to match basis which is basically what the poster of this thread is doing!

Its not the clubs fault if you cant predict how many games you may miss a season, if you can go to all then you save if you miss 5 or more then you don't, so if you think there is a good chance you will miss more than 5 games then don't buy a season ticket.

"but alas some fail to acknowledge any wrong doings on behalf of the club, these are probably the same people who refused to relegation as a possiblity"

Brilliant, so now if you can work out maths and don't have a hissy fit when there's obviously nothing wrong then you're a ra ra!

Dribble, yes they do get things wrong, but NOT in this case. You have not been disadvantaged in any way by the reduction. If it fills the stadium better you will be (hopefully) blessed with improved atmosphere in the ground making for a more pleasant experience.

If you read further up the page you'll see that Muttley has had aggro with the club in the past re: Eindhoven ticketing.

It's not a case of thinking everything is great and they do everything right; it's about recognising when that's actually the case.

"Do you get in for free when you go as a carer Captain 5. If so im throwing my season ticket in the Tees in protest"

it is a requirement that a disabled ticket holder must have a carer with them, i know a number of disabled season ticket holders who could manage to go to the game on their own but because of this requirement (not a club requirement by the FA i believe) have to take a carer.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 14:07
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

It is true. Somebody that I used to go to watch the odd televised game with did not have a season ticket but went to most of the European away games. He was actually phoned by the club the day before the final and offered a ticket.

On the other hand I was one of the few who could actually get a ticket but was not selected. I phoned and phoned and phoned to try to get an answer if I had a ticket or not and was finally told no on the same day as my friend was buying his.

Obv this post will get slated by the usual tossers but it is true so go ahead.

skiprat Posted on 22/07/2009 14:12
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

The Eindhoven cup final was a completely different matter though and is completely unrelated to ignorant fans thinking they are being ripped off by the club.

I was also eligible to get a ticket but had to end up paying 400 per ticket off Ebay.

I suppose it was Boro's fault that UEFA decided to put a major final in a stadium 2.5 times smaller than one we'd played a league game in a few weeks earlier?

Dribble Posted on 22/07/2009 14:17
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

So Skiprat you weren`t the slightest bit aggrieved at paying 400 for a ticket when other non season ticket holders got tickets. You just took it on the chin and put it down to pure bad luck.

ccole Posted on 22/07/2009 14:19
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

How strange for your mate to casually phone the club and the be told to pop down for a ticket when there was around 1000 ticket-less season ticket holders stood outside the ticket office during the whole event.

You sure your mates not the Walter Mitty type?

Sorry to hear you were one of the 3-4000 red book holders who never got one. I was lucky, but what ever way it was done, someone was going to be XXXXXXhed off.

Piggy Posted on 22/07/2009 14:20

I suspect that the non season ticket holders who got tickets through the club were either employees or had some commercial involvement.

We all knew that a quantity of tickets would go to sponsors and insiders, its the way it works.

I dont know of any none season ticket holders (excluding players and staff) getting an offcial ticket via the club.

As for the capacity of the stadium. I am not sure what that has to do with the club selling non ST holder tickets.

sitheman Posted on 22/07/2009 14:25
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

He did not phone the club. He was phoned by the club.

He is not an employee of the club but as I mentioned he attended around 90% of the away games in Europe. Now I would say the lad deserved a ticket for the final after attending all the other away games. And I imagine he was offered the tickets for this reason.

Does not alter the fact that a non season ticket holder got a ticket for the final.

MightyDuck Posted on 22/07/2009 14:27

Sitheman, thats bull. I went to 14 of the european games that season, had 2 season tickets in my name (S & H prefixes) and still had to buy mine off one of the physios for 85. He had 11 tickets by the way so god knows what the players got, i was sat in front of an entire row of morons with Lee Cattermole tops on, which they probably got off him for free.

It was a shambles.

Just after kick off in Eindhoven ,a lad who travelled to Holland with us,stood by the main entrance to the ground, when a woman appeared and asked if he was going to watch the game ,at which point he felt like twa!ing her one until she pulled out a booklet of tickets and gave him a ticket.he offered to pay for the ticket but she didn`t want any money. She had a booklet with about 7 tickets on it ,who she was ,we don`t know but he sat in the main stand and watched the game, unfortunately the idiot had booked his return flight to luton for the same time the game was being played and had to fork out for another flight when we reached dusseldorf airport the following evening

Well I said it would be shot down. But that is what happened.

I never went to a single away game and also missed the Basle game so I suspect that makes it fair.

There were only so many tickets to go round and there would always be someone "less deserving" than me that was going to have one but that's the way it was, there's not much that can be done about a final in a stadium far too small for the occasion.

Sometimes you have to accept that lifes not fair and you dont always get what you want or think you deserve. And then you have to forget about it. Not for us season ticket holders who could saunter in on the Friday before and casually buy up to 4 tickets per season ticket.

Thats when benefits were benefits mind, not like your 3 free games vs us turncoats who binned the season card over the summer but are delighted that the club still loves us enough to give us free Boro Pride membership and price benefits as well.

I love the Boro me like. Not enough to buy a season card but just enough to get under the skin of sensitve souls who cant see the bright side of three free games advantage.

The way I see it the club sees the season ticket holders remaining as the type who just renew anyway and they are trying to get others to go by other means during the recession.
This however is a shortsighted view and the club need season ticket holders, especially in the championship.

No matter how you look at it season card holders do save a few quid, but it's still no where near the deal you think you were getting once you whittle it down.

Plus, if they bring this 2 for a tenner again, then you're out of pocket really.

I want to see the Riverside full of course, but it does seem to me that if you stick your money upfront then you don't get any advantage really.

As one of the more pompous members of the board I enjoy reading some of the more stupid members' offerings.

Obviously I can say that if what I say turns out to be a load of rubbish.

Never advertised as a particular saving over going match by match, as if they had you'd have known what the match day prices were to start with and you'd have known not to have taken the season ticket deal.

The funniest thing about this thread is realising some people still have a chip on their shoulder about Eindhoven over 3 years later. Utterly pathetic. Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

i think it's actually an argument between bloke blokes and the newfangled metrosexual blokes (if they're not old hat by now that is)

personally i'll happily pay 2 for a 1 item if it means i can get it without too much fuss - if someone told me they had got it cheaper by spending twice as long fussing over how they bought it i wouldn't care less

similarly if i went out the next day and saw the same item in the same place i bought it for 1.50 i'd have a quiet chuckle and move on

anyone with an ST worrying about how much they've saved relative to the new pricing scheme is not a bloke bloke

seriously, get a grip...

Buddy Posted on 23/07/2009 07:49
Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

Dibzzz confirmed near the end of the thread that it's about what I thought it was about at the start - maintaining a differential. This is a common problem in pay negotiations - where the middle manager who gets 100% more than the office boy plays merry hell when the latter gets a 10% pay rise to his 5%. Selfishness of the highest order, really.

On the subject of Eindhoven, there is a bit of an element of complaining at the lack of spoon-feeding. It was reasonably obvious from about the February that, IF we were going to get there, there'd be very few tickets relative to those wanting them, which is why I started looking for all the alternative options.

The UEFA ballot seemed like the most sensible legitimate option and left plenty of time to try less legitimate ones if it didn't happen - as it turned out, I think from memory I was sorted for tickets before the semi-final.

It's just an excuse for bashing the club for no great reason.

Daft thing is that there are plenty of things that the club should be admonished for, but it always end up being things that don't really matter or things that they haven't really done badly.

Same with Gareth. Have a go at his tactical mistakes or his transfer record?? No, we'll have a go at him over something he's said and then been misquoted in the press.

The worst part of this is that it looks like it's going to be 24 with a card in the 'proper' North Stand with the cheaper price only applying to the corners.

Season card holders kicked in the nuts again.

So thats 26 for a casual matchday attender without a pride card against 16 per game for those who renewed before the first deadline.

Difficult to see how even the eight quid difference to the Pride Card price equates to a 'kick in the nuts'

They could buy a new scarf every game in lieu of the one that Lamb wont give them, send themselves a birthday, Easter, Halloween and Valentines card (possibly even with a voucher in it) and still have enough left over to buy sufficient sour gums to maintain their permanent scowl.
